Application Fee
The application fee varies by category as detailed below.
- For General / OBC / EWS: ₹ 500/-
- For SC / ST / EBC: ₹ 250/-
- For All Category female: ₹ 250/-
- General / OBC: ₹ 400/- will be refunded and Other candidates: ₹ 250/- will be refunded to the bank account after appearing in Stage I Exam.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet specific eligibility criteria for each post as outlined below.
- Nursing Superintendent: Certificate as Registered Nurse and Midwife or B.Sc Nursing. Age Limit: 20-40 Years.
- Pharmacist (Entry Grade): Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy. Age Limit: 20-35 Years.
- Radiographer (X-Ray Technician): 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry and a 2-year Diploma in Radiography. Age Limit: 19-33 Years.
- Health & Malaria Inspector Grade-II: B.Sc. degree with Chemistry and a 1-year Diploma in Health/Sanitary Inspector. Age Limit: 18-33 Years.
- Audiologist & Speech Therapist: Bachelor in Audiology, Speech Language Pathology (BASLP). Age Limit: 21-30 Years.
- Lab Assistant Grade-II: 12th (10+2) in Science and a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology. Age Limit: 18-33 Years.
- Dialysis Technician: B.Sc. plus Diploma in Haemodialysis or two years experience in Haemodialysis. Age Limit: 20-33 Years.
- Optometrist: B. Sc. In Optometry or Diploma in Ophthalmic Technician. Age Limit: 18-33 Years.
- ECG Technician: 10+2 or Graduation in Science with a Certificate in ECG Laboratory Technology. Age Limit: 18-33 Years.
