The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the re-opening of the application form for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) September Examination 2026. Candidates can apply from 25 August 2026 to 01 September 2026.

Application Fee
The application fee for the CTET September Online Form 2026 is as follows.
- For Paper-I for General, OBC: ₹1000/-
- For Paper-I for SC, ST, PWD: ₹500/-
- For Both Papers for General, OBC: ₹1200/-
- For Both Papers for SC, ST, PWD: ₹600/-
- Payment Mode: Online
Eligibility Details
The eligibility criteria for CTET September 2026 are as follows.
- Level-1 (Class 1-5): Senior Secondary (Class 12) with at least 50% marks and passed/appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.).
- Level-2 (Class 6-8): Graduation and passed/appearing in the final year of a 2-year D.El.Ed.
