Important Date

• The eligibility criteria to apply for Himachal Pradesh Ration Card is listed below: –

  • Every family under the state of Himachal Pradesh is eligible for a ration card.

  • Applicant must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Applicants must be in possession of temporary ration cards. or expired ration cards can apply for a new ration card.

How to fill the Ration Card Application Form

To apply for a new ration card in Himachal Pradesh, the user has to follow the steps given below.

• Step 1: Applicant should go to the official website of Himachal Pradesh Food Department by clicking on the link given below.

• Step 2: Click on Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs Department, and then under Citizen Services click on the ration card option.

• Step 3: Now Download Ration Card Application Form – II

• Step 4: Complete all the details in the form and submit it to your respective Ration Card Office and Commissioner Chief Civil Officer / Sahib Panchayat and get the form verified by the person authorized by the government.

• Step 5: After making the deposit, get a receipt with the date on which you should collect the ration card. You must produce a receipt for the collection of ration cards.

How to find Ration Card

• Step 1. First of all, see Ends. co. on the official website

• Step 2. Then click on the link “FPS Ration Card”. In the new window, click on ‘Find Ration Card Data’

• Step 3. Here the candidate has to select the ration card ID or Aadhaar number, after this, click on the “Search” button

• Step 4. After clicking, you will have your ration card open.

• Step-5. You can also print it out by clicking on the Print button below.

Important documents to apply for Ration Card

The list of documents to apply for the Uttarakhand Ration Card 2020 application form is given below:-

• Photocopy of the Aadhaar card or voter introductory letter of the head of the family and other members.

• PAN cards

• Bank passbooks (of the head or any member)

• Passport size photo of 5 recently drawn family heads and other members.

• Previous electricity bills

• Telephone bills

• LPG connection details

• Income certificate

• Name and number of 10 wards/neighborhood

• Shopkeeper’s name

The government of Himachal Pradesh has issued a new ration card for all citizens who are holders of the Himachal Pradesh BPL or APL card.
